The invasion of LA's Droog

Hollywood tech house trio, Droog, have embarked on their maiden voyage to Europe, a chance to share an understanding that has evolved through countless hours of playing alongside some of America and Europe’s finest talents at Avalon, their rooftop residency and at the now infamous LA Bunker, and stamp their mark on the capitols of European dance music with their funky West Coast twist on late night tech house.

It is a sound and party experience fresh and unburdened, somewhere between, yet outside of, Berlin and Detroit, an aesthetic unique to Los Angeles and never before witnessed on European dance floors.

This year Droog debuted their label Culprit, with launch parties at WMC and DEMF. Culprit’s first two EPs from Hot Natured (Jamie Jones/Lee Foss) and LA resident Kenneth James Gibson, showcased the late night house sound championed by Droog. Original Droog material will be released on Culprit later this year.
